Felycity Riverine is the first community by the Felycity Senior Living Homes. It is a well established, comfortable and warm retirement community nestled on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens right in the heart of Aluva; close enough to the city, but far from the daily hustle and bustle.
We are very fortunate to back onto a lake, as it creates a beautiful, serene atmosphere for residents. They enjoy sweeping views not only from their rooms, but also from the comfort of our outdoor courtyard, lined with shady trees and featuring a gazebo, barbecue and infinity pool—perfect for quiet relaxation, exercise or enjoying a cold beverage with friends. In addition, residents have access to a variety of engaging activities and outings, making our retirement community a vibrant place both indoors and outdoors. There’s ample parking to accommodate residents and guests alike.

How old do I have to be, to move into a Felycity Senior Living
Home?
Generally, residents must be at least 55 years old. However, the homes, facilities and services in a senior living home are designed to cater to the needs of older residents and tend to attract residents aged 65 and over. But anyone who wants to move in to enjoy the best part of their retirement life is always welcome.

What types of accommodation options are there?
There are 2 main types of options:
1) Rent
You can rent out a Private room, Studio room or a full villa for your retirement living, based on a simple Leave and License Agreement.2) Buy
You can buy a Villa and own it during your stay. -

Can I have guests stay over?
Yes – We do have dedicated Guest Houses to accommodate your guests for a short period. However, this would be chargeable as per the prevailing Tariff rates.
