What is a Senior Living Home?
A senior living home is a residential community that is specifically designed and built for retired people.
Generally, senior living residents are retired from full-time work and are 55 years of age or older.
Senior living homes are different from old age homes and are suited to residents who are reasonably independent, although we offer both independent living and Asssisted care units for those needing added support.

Where are Felycity Senior Living Communities Located?
We are currently operational at Felycity Riverine, in Aluva, Cochin and Felycity Palm County, near Angamaly, Cochin. Riverine being our first community, we are fully functional and operational from 2019. Palm County is a newly launched community and is operational in the first phase from 2024. Next phase is under development and bookings are open for the second phase.

How old do I have to be, to move into a Felycity Senior Living Home?
Generally, residents must be at least 55 years old. However, the homes, facilities and services in a senior living home are designed to cater to the needs of older residents and tend to attract residents aged 60 and over. But anyone who wants to move in to enjoy the best part of their retirement life is always welcome.
What is Felycity Riverine?
Felycity Riverine is the first community by the Felycity Senior Living Homes. It is a well established, comfortable and warm retirement community nestled on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens right in the heart of Aluva; close enough to the city, but far from the daily hustle and bustle.
We are very fortunate to back onto a lake, as it creates a beautiful, serene atmosphere for residents. They enjoy sweeping views not only from their rooms, but also from the comfort of our outdoor courtyard, lined with shady trees and featuring a gazebo, barbecue and infinity pool—perfect for quiet relaxation, exercise or enjoying a cold beverage with friends. In addition, residents have access to a variety of engaging activities and outings, making our retirement community a vibrant place both indoors and outdoors. There’s ample parking to accommodate residents and guests alike.

Felycity Palm County, our newly launched project, is a vibrant senior community that takes a modern approach to successful aging. Located just minutes away from Angamaly, Felycity offers an active lifestyle with all-inclusive amenities and elevated community experiences.
The expansive and well maintained campus sprawled across 10 acres would provide seniors with a comfortable high quality of life.
In addition, residents have access to a variety of engaging activities and outings, making our retirement community a vibrant place both indoors and outdoors.
What types of accommodation options are there?
There are 2 main types of options:
1) Long Term Lease
You can lease out a Private villa for your retirement living.
2) Buy
You can buy a Villa and own it during your stay.
What costs are involved?
Booking Amount
An initial sum paid to block your Villa (Part of Security deposit/Purchase Value)
Security Deposit
A refundable interest free Security Deposit.(For Lease Option Villas)
Service Charge
A monthly utility Service charge for all the Services availed, including food, laundry, housekeeping etc.
Can I have guests stay over?
Yes – We have dedicated Guest Houses to accommodate your guests for a short period. However, this would be chargeable as per the prevailing Tariff rates.
